FLO.W Core purchase, delivery, refund, and planned shutdown terms.

By purchasing FLO.W Core, you agree to this agreement. The product, price, currency, computer quota, and update entitlement shown at checkout are saved in the order snapshot and form the basis of your purchase.
Payment is handled by the channel identified at checkout. After payment is confirmed, the system records the order, purchase snapshot, and entitlement in the ledger, then provides redemption, download, and device authorization access through your account or by email.
Keep your account, redemption credentials, and authorized computers secure. You may not resell or publicly share access, or provide access to others by bypassing computer-quota limits.
After a buyout, you may perpetually use the last version you were entitled to obtain. The update period only determines which newer versions and archived installers you may obtain; it is not an expiration date for use. After the update period ends, you may still download your last entitled version from your account. Products may offer different update periods or perpetual updates; the checkout page and order snapshot control.
Device authorization uses an irreversible digest of system device identifiers. FLO.W Core does not collect or upload the contents of your Obsidian notes, vault names, or local paths. See the Privacy Notice for details.
Refunds are handled under the rules of the purchase channel that apply when you submit the request. For payments made through a third-party channel, that channel's refund process and decision apply. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.
After a complete refund or payment reversal is confirmed, the corresponding entitlement ends; paid features are disabled at the next successful and verifiable entitlement check. Being offline, a timeout, or service unavailability is not treated as a refund and does not independently disable access. After purchasing a new entitlement, sign in again; if the same entitlement is restored, signing in again or completing a successful entitlement check restores access.
If the author is able to plan a permanent FLO.W Core shutdown in advance, an offline unlock method will be released to existing purchasers before the service closes. It will allow them to continue using the features they have obtained at that time. The author will fulfill this commitment personally and has not appointed a trustee. There is no guarantee that a third party will act in the event of a sudden accident or if the author cannot act.
